TOUR ITINERARY:
Day 01 22 April ISTANBUL
No meals or activities are planned for this day. Should you
arrive in Istanbul today you are free to recover from jetlag
and explore the city. Again, if you arrive on this day your
tour guide will meet you at Istanbul Airport after the
customs and baggage claim with a “ University Name ” sign.
(Overnight in Istanbul)
Day 02 23 April ISTANBUL
The journey starts with a Spice Market visit, followed by a
Bosphorus boat tour viewing the beauty of the European and
Asian shorelines on either side. Cross to the Asian side to
visit the Camlica Hill and tour the Beylerbeyi Palace, the
summer residence of the Ottoman Sultans with its magnificent
gardens. Overnight in Istanbul. (Breakfast, Lunch at Kadýköy
Dicle Balýk Restaurant in Üsküdar. Dinner at hotel)
Day 03 24 April ISTANBUL / GALLIPOLI
Drive to Gallipoli, through the European lands of Turkey.
Visit Anzac Cove (one of the most significant battle fields
in Australian war history), Lone Pine, and the trenches and
in the afternoon guide to take passengers to Anzac Cove to
settle in for the night. (Breakfast and Lunch)
Day 04 25 April GALLIPOLI
Guide to make a meeting point with group for after New
Zealand and Australian Services. Coach to pick up group at
or close to meeting point. After ceremonies transfer back to
the hotel in Assos (Dinner)
Day 05 26 April GALLIPOLI / IZMIR
On the way to Izmir visit Pergamon, the ACROPOLIS, the
steepest theater of the ancient world, the Temple of Trajan.
Lunch at a local restaurant. Then visit ASCLEPION, the
ancient healing center drive to Izmir.
Izmir is the third most populous city in Turkey and is
located in a region with a magnificent history, making it a
popular tourist centre. Today you are going to meet with a
Turkish Family and overnight at home (Breakfast, Lunch at
Bergama Saglam Restaurant, Dinner at Home)
Day 06 27 April IZMIR / EPHESUS / KUSADASI
Leave for Ephesus, cradle of early Christianity. Visit the
ancient Ephesus, Prepare your very own Turkish banquet Lunch
at the exclusive "Bizim Ev - Hanimeli Cooking School.After
lunch visit the Archaeological Museum. In the afternoon you
may enjoy a visit to a leather outlet and have fun at
fashion show.? Then drive to Kusadasi for dinner and
overnight.

Day 07 28 April KUSADASI / PAMUKKALE
Drive to Pamukkale, visit ancient Hierapolis and Pamukkale
which contains hot springs and travertines, terraces of
carbonate minerals left by the flowing water. in the
afternoon free time to enjoy spa facilities of your hotel .
Dinner and overnight. ( Breakfast, Lunch during the visits,
Dinner at hotel)
Day 08 29 April PAMUKKALE / FETHIYE
Transfer to Fethiye for your Gulet (wooden sailing boat)
cruise, free time to enjoy this holiday resort town and
overnight on board.(Breakfast at hotel, dinner on board)
Day 09 30 April BOAT TOUR

airport for the flight to Ankara by TK9033 Dalaman / Ankara
direct flight 20:30 / 22:10. (Breakfast and Lunch on board,
Dinner on the road as sandwich + soda)
Day 13 04 May ANKARA / CAPPADOCIA
Following morning visits of Mausoleum of Atatürk and
Anatolian Civilization Museum, drive to Cappadocia via Salt
Lake. There will be a visit to the underground city of
Kaymakli. Also see then the natural citadel of Uchisar which
is an outstanding rock formation with carved dwellings.
Check in and after dinner have a special Turkish night show
in a cave restaurant. (Breakfast a, Lunch at Baran
Restaurant, Dinner at the hotel and folk show at Yasar Baba
Cave)
Day 14 05 May CAPPADOCIA / ISTANBUL
Optional hot air balloon trip in the early morning, Full day
Cappadocia visit, including Goreme Open Air Museum, Avanos
the pottery making town, where a class will be given by a
local artist. Transfer to Nevsehir airport for your flight
to Istanbul by TK2009 19:40 / 21:00 ( Breakfast, Lunch at
Hanedan Restaurant, Dinner at hotel in Istanbul)
Day 15 06 May ISTANBUL
Discover the Byzantine and Ottoman treasures of Istanbul.
Visit the Royal Topkapi Palace, home of the Ottoman Sultans,
the Underground Cistern Basilica, the Blue Mosque, unique
with six minarets, the Roman Hippodrome Square and the
St.Sophia which is considered one of the world’s greatest
architectural marvels. (Breakfast, Lunch at Sultanahmet
Square, Dinner at II Bahar Restaurant)
Day 16 07 May DEPART ISTANBUL
After breakfast transfer to the airport according to your
